You will set up your tents in an area decided by your group leader. You will also be close to a barbeque pit so that you can cook with the rest of your group.
Before we get to Nam Shan you will have plenty of practise at putting up your tent so will have it up in no time at all. The toilets are near the entrance to the campsite and your tent will be no longer than a 3 minute walk from the facilities. During the night we set up glow stick type lighting so that you will be able to find your way along the path should you need to use the toilet during the night.
The campsite plays host to a number of activities including orienteering, wide games and spooky camp fire stories. It is also the start and end of our hike on the first day. Although you will be cooking and eating with the other students in your group you will have plenty of free time to spend with everyone else.
The camp site is in a really beautiful location and hosts what will be a fantastic camp.
